Development of the British System of
Government
The system of parliamentary government in Britain
is not based on a written constitution, but is the result of gradual evolution
over many centuries. The Monarchy is the oldest institution of government,
dating back to at least the ninth century. Parliament is one of the oldest
representative assemblies in the world. In government among the most
significant recent developments have been the steps taken to inprove
management. New management structures such as the creation of executive
agencies-have been developed; competition has been introduced or extended; and
arrangements for pay are changing. The aim of al these changes is to safeguard
and improve the standards of the public services.

Kompensasi-kompensasi
Kehidupan Dunia Keraton
kekuasaan raja-raja Mataram, baik penciutan wilayah maupun kekuasaan politik,
ekonomi, dan hukum. (Kompas, November

Prof. Dr. Muchlas Samani, Deputi Dirjen Pendidikan
(Kompas, Oktober 2000).
